Our Pakistani Military Academy i.e. Government of Punjab has brought a respectable opportunity for our youth who want to become Commissioned Officers in Pakistan Army. Every year thousands of candidates apply for the competitive program to start their military career but only a few are selected.
This guide we have explained the eligibility criteria for this job, educational requirements, age limit, physical standards, selection process and online application methods.
This will give Pakistani candidates who are successful in this, the opportunity to receive military training and leadership education before being commissioned as an officer in the army.
Eligibility Criteria in 2026
- Must be a Pakistani citizen.
- Male candidates are eligible.
- Minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches (165 cm).
- And applicants will have to meet educational standards and age requirements
- And give up citizenship of another nationality.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

Medical Requirement
Medically, your height and weight should be appropriate, your chest should be broad, and your eyesight should be good. A flat foot test will also be taken. A knee test will also be taken up to 10. Overall, you should be physically fit and you should not have any major or dangerous disease. You should be in good health and cheerful so that physically fit candidates can proceed to the next stage.
Physical Standards
Candidates are required to pass the following physical fitness tests:
- 1 Kilometer Run: 6 Minutes
- Pull-Ups: 3
- Push-Ups: 15 in 2 Minutes
- Sit-Ups: 20 in 2 Minutes
- Ditch Crossing: 7.4 Feet
Maintaining good physical fitness before the test can significantly improve your chances of success.
Who Cannot Eligible?
- Do not meet the required age limit.
- Fail to meet educational requirements.
- Have serious medical conditions.
- Have been rejected twice by ISSB.
- Have serious disciplinary or criminal records.
